Hey,

I never want to be that ass that talks about this podcast at the function, so let me say what this show means to me on the website rather.
Sometimes I worry that people think I feel I'm some charismatic confidant Jimmy Fallon who thinks he's all that. The truth is The Guest List Helps me feel confident.

The show started as an idea among friends. The true friendship litmus test is if you have ever drunkenly and passionately suggested to start a podcast with your mates. The problem was I fell through with it and my friends chickened out. Rude.

So then The Guest List was born. A show special to me because of one thing, connection. I know it sounds corny, but one day I’ll be able to look back on these videos and see all the friends and strangers that helped me on my journey. That’s worth more to me than any number on a screen, and it’s why I do it.

Whenever I hear a friend of a friend tell me that they watched an episode, that feeling is like nothing on earth. Because it means for an hour or forty minutes or however long it was, you chose to sit with me, and laugh with me.

That’s all I could ever ask for.
